This journal was started on Sunday, October 17,
1999. While Bacall's situation seems to be, for the
most part, under control, I am still attempting to back-log
events and behaviors as accurately as I can over the
last few years. The purpose of this journal is to track
Bacall's behavior and progress, with the hope of being
able to more accurately manage her condition. I find
that this written record has helped me to pay closer
attention to the little things, and more accurately
record how she is doing on a daily basis.
In addition to logging daily events regarding Bacall,
this is where I will make observations of trends in
her behavior. I will also occasionally discuss new articles
or research I have come across, or observations made
by others who have read this journal.
The most current entries will always be on this page.
Previous months' entries will be broken out individually
for the sake of keeping the pages quick-loading, and
newer entries easy to access. Additionally, I will maintain
current links to thyroid related articles on the web
on this page.
